Fitbit charge 3 and VPN

Hi,

My Charge 3 was working fine but now it won't sync if I have my VPN switched on. If I turn it off it syncs fine??? Any ideas? My husband's has started doing it too .... only from yesterday.

According to other threads, they're only blocking IP addresses that had previously misused the service or where multiple users connect withbthe sam IP address, and they say they only block it temporarily.

But it happens to too many users reporting these issues. And in my case, it always worked fine until recently, but now a reconnection via a different server in a different country. Hard to believe that out of the sudden many users connect via this service and server.

I'll try using an alternative app; there are a few privacy-minded apps on https://f-droid.org/ in future (FitoTrack and Fast2Fitness both look promising and are available in F-Droid as well as GooglePlay).

like the VPN.

Agree with the comment above. It depends on ip-adresses quality. If your current vpn uses all broken ip-adresses there is no way it will work normal.Check about this possibility and change it if it's necessary
