Fitbit charge 3 not syncing

So fed up!! Only got my charge 3 in September and loved it. Paired fine to my Samsung Galaxy S6 but a few weeks ago just stopped syncing. Have scoured the forums and tried all suggested help and still not working!! Now it doesn't even say the correct time and I can't even wear it as a watch/step tracker. For the price I paid I want a refund or new tracker! Fuming 😞

Hi...ive got the same issue...not syncing last 4 days ...frustrated...did you ever get a fix?

No not yet have tried all options but it's useless. I have no idea who to contact for further help

Hi again...i got it to sync by going into Settings on my phone, then Apps,  FITBIT, Permissions and had to turn it to ON. Somehow it went off. Hope that helps. Sent on my Sprint Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+.
