I can't get my fitbit to sinc

Let me try to help you get your Fitbit to sync.

 

The first thing I'd recommend is that you try to follow all of the steps listed in this help article. Be sure to follow all of them in order.

 

In the meantime please answer these questions:

  • What phone are you using?
  • What OS version are you running on that phone?
  • When did this start happening?
