My Charge 2 won't sync with my Samsung A8. Please add this phone to the supported devices.

Welcome to the Forums @aboone84.

 

The Galaxy A8 is now a supported device, it should be added to the list soon. In this case I'd recommend that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article to get your Charge 2 sync to your phone. Be sure to try them all in order, if you have already done some of the steps in there please try them again.
