I can't get the caller ID on my Samsung Galaxy Note 5.
It is not on the list but I see people was able to sync theres.

Welcome to the Community @Sgf1959. Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is not a compatible phone, our team still testing the compatibility of it. I recommend syncing your tracker with a computer in the meantime and check our list of Compatible Mobile Devices for any update.
