Hello @vijayan, good to see you are visiting the Fitbti Community. This seems to be odd as I haven't heard any issues with the site. I'm wondering if the issue persists by now?
In case the issue persists, Log out from your Fitbit account and restart your phone. Once you mobile device has initialized again go back to the app and log back in to your Fitbit app.
