My fitbit wont sync since may 3rd

Since may 3rd my fit bit hasn't synced with my phone when I try to pair bluetooth it says pairing rejected by charge hr I've tried disabling app restarting tracker done all the settings on phone etc everything possible and it still won't sync

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
