Thanks for the help but, it just complety froze in mid update won't hard reset or nothing even left it overnight unplugged so it could drain the battery plugged it in and went back to the updated screen with the same update screen frozen talked to fitbit .
wow i say it's the update mine is still frozen and i let it drain the battery overnight and plugged it in and still in same frozen screen
i don't understand it mine is still frozen huh frustrated
