  • I used this watch for one year now after charging it is not getting ON

Hi, @Vanivarabhi, welcome to the community, can you please provide more information? Which device are you talking about? You may find this article useful Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?  Once you have checked the suggestions here let us know how you get on by posting here again.

Just a question. Which Fitbit device do you have? I also recommend you try the tips outlined in the following article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?. There are different scenarios. Please give them all a try. Thanks in advance!
