@Rich_Laue @Odyssey13 Thank you very much for your help. Much appreciated. True, Android 9 is now the minimum requirement. I would also remove the Fitbit device from the other Bluetooth settings.

@Happyrabbit Welcome to the forums. I will happy to help you sync your Charge HR again.

In this case I recommend the tips in the following article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?. If that does not help, I also recommend setting it up as a new device. Remove it from your Bluetooth settings and open the Fitbit app and proceed to set it up as a new device.

Hi @Happyrabbit  remove the app from the phones you don't want to use. Try restarting your device and your phone that you want to use. You'll need a minimum of Android 9 to have everything working.

Stepping in the U.S.A. since September 2013. Android 14

You will also want to remove the tracker from the unwanted phones Bluetooth lists.

A Bluetooth device, such as a tracker, speaker, keyboard, mouse, will only talk to one phone at a time.
