Fitbit device won't sync

My app updated to 3.87 on Wednesday and that is the last time it synced. 

I've turned on and off Bluetooth. Restarted my phone.  Uninstalled and reinstalled the app...joined with my Google account. Nothing is working. Now Fitbit app won't find Bluetooth to see if it will try to sync.  

I'm super frustrated. Can anyone help!?

Same issue. Transcription issue was addressed and now bluetooth is super unstable. Hopefully this is still a work in progress.

@DeAnneL Welcome to the forums. @Jeff606 Thanks for sharing your own experience. I will gladly help you syncing your Fitbit device.

I'm trying to sync a Sense. I have fitbit 3.87, android 13. I've done everything in the article you sent.  I've turned on and off Bluetooth, restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, logged in with Google now instead of fitbit. Before all of that it wouldn't sync. Now after reinstalling it won't find my Bluetooth and pair up. 

I'm so frustrated, I love using this fitbit, but if something doesn't fix soon- this week, I'm going to need to look elsewhere and I'm just really upset about that as I love my fitbit and have so much history with it. 

What can I do?

I did get it working.  I'm not sure how.  A friend was able to reset my fitbit, as I never could... and then it seemed to all work.  And it got everything from the few days that it wouldn't sync too.

Thanks. Mine started working again on Tuesday....not sure what was going
