Fitbit devices are not syncing time

My Fitbit versa and alta are displaying the wrong time,  I travelled through a different time zone than back,  time is showing the other time zone

Let me help you figure out what is going on.

 

In this case I'd recommend that you try to follow these steps:

  1. Restart both of your Fitbits and your phone.
  2. Manually sync your Fitbits by pulling down on the app's main dashboard.

That should help in getting them to show the correct time.
