Can't sync my fitbit. It's still saying fitbit.com/setup

Hi, and welcome to the Community!
Is this a new fitbit that you have yet to set up or was it working ok but now displays that message?
That message suggests that the fitbit is not connected to your account and it won't do anything else until it is reconnected. In the app, select your profile image at the top left of the main dashboard screen and then select "set up a device". This will take you through the setup process again and, hopefully, reconnect your fitbit.

My inspire keeps displaying setup, will not swipe any way. Account is set up and it shows that it is syncd on the app. Ideas before I send it back?
