Recently my fitbit flex 2 won't sync on demand or only does it every couple of days. It keeps saying device isn't found but yet sometimes it syncs? I have tried reconnecting, turning Bluetooth on and off, downloading the app again.
This has happened on 2 different phone of two different makes. It is getting very frustrating and the device is only a year old. Anyone else experienced this?

Best AnswerI have the same problem..It hasn't synced for over 2 days and cant find the device. All the lights are still working and recording my calories burnt but wont record my steps. I have uninstalled the app several times and reinstalled again and again.. Have reset it numerous times and nothing..Not happy
Same/similar issue. Last synced 3 days ago. Android with Flex 2. Neither the phone nor the app can see the device.
Turned Bluetooth off and back on. No change.
Uninstalled and reinstalled newest FitBit software. No change.
Restarted tracker. No Change.
Loaded the software on the wife's phone. No change.
Flex 2 is less than a year old.
Best Answer@Sophfinlay @Avaly13 @BellaMH @Michelemarie @MaxxTx there is a new Android app version being rolled out to us. Version 3.7 started arriving yesterday, so it will get to all of us in turn. I'm waiting on mine to show up. That should take care of a few issues. Keep an eye out for that update. I'm moving this post to the Android area of the forums.
