Whysince the update don't I see my daily totals on my phone? Is on my versa but not the app on my phone

I appreciate the information that was shared in your post. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know which Android mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If possible, please send me a screenshot of what you see in your account (you can refer to this post to attach an image into your post). Also, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
  7. Let me know if the issue persists.
