I didnt get the system update.

My sister has the same fitbit as I do and she got the system update and I didn't. It's been a couple weeks and it still hasn't updated. Why isn't it updating?

Hi @Kay0620  there are two different updates for Fitbit users. Firmware updates is to the device itself. The app update is for our mobile devices. The iOS updates have been released and a new Android one is being released. When the app is updated, it's done in batches, so not everyone has it. Android 3.7 was released today, but I haven't gotten it yet, while others have. This could explain why your sister has the latest and you haven't. You using iOS or Android?
