Tracker wont update through the app on my phone. Have tried updating via my laptop but it doesn't have Bluetooth and I'm not buying a dongle. My silent alarms and reminders to move don't work either. Have set them up through the app and synced loads of times but nothing happens. The vibrating motor works fine when I plug it in the charger. Very disappointed as it's one of the main reasons I got it. If I can't get it working it's going back to the shop.

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:
You’ll know the connection is secure when the pebble vibrates and you see the indicator lights blinking.
If Flex 2 still doesn't work after a restart, contact Customer Support.

Thanks for the advice. I've tried it but it still doesn't work. Will contact customer support as you suggest.

Thanks, the reset worked for my fitbit when the alarm stopped working!
