Fitbit flex losing steps/battery draining quickly

Hi
I have had my flex fir approx 4 months.
I've noticed over past week the battery is draining really quickly, charging every other day instead of approx once per week.

Also when I synced mid afternoon today I have over 13000 steps but syncing tonight I now only have just over 12000!

Any ideas

Hi @chris973

 

Feel free restarting the tracker (up to a few times may be required) as sometimes the charging lights can get stuck, displaying a full charge while it's actually low on battery.
