My heart rate monitor light is no longer working. No heart rate being displayed. I have tried all of the helpful tips and nothing has worked. Please help!

To better assist you and just as @Rich_Laue asked, can you please specify which Fitbit device are you using? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check the information that's specified on our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and try the troubleshooting steps to fix the heart rate sensors of your Fitbit device.

I appreciate all the details that were shared in your post and for trying the troubleshooting steps that were shared on my previous post, certainly, the heart rate sensors of your Versa 2 are not working as the way they were designed.
