Fitbit hr not syncing

Only had fitbit for a month. I keep my Bluetooth on at all times. I've not had any updates on my s6 phone but won't sync since last night.
Done all the things they have recommended. What should I do?

I guess one of the things you tried was restarting your phone and fitbit. If so, note that the fitbit restart procedure doesn't always work first time so it might be worth trying this again a few times:
