2 problems, my fitbit is displaying the wrong time and I appear to have 'lost the info regards sleep pattern x

Time should reset from phone when it syncs.

I don't understand the 2nd part.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
