my fitbit is 1 hour ahead time difference. How do i alter time?

It gets the time from your phone each time it syncs.  If it stays off by an exact number of hours, check the time zone setting.  If time zone is set correctly, try setting to to something else, sync, then set back to correct zone and sync again.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
