To confirm that your Versa is really showing Zero, swipe up on your Clock Face and see the stats within the Today Fitbit app.  It's possible that it's just the Clock Face that's not working correctly and that your Versa is tracking fine which explains why your phone shows the data.  You can try rebooting your Versa by pressing the left and bottom buttons at the same time until the Fitbit logo appears (about 10 seconds) and then let go.  The Versa will go through a restart.  Then check your stats.  If the problem persists but the stats are in the Today app, select a new clock face.  If the Today (swipe up from clock face) shows Zero, contact Fitbit Support.

Problem solved. When I rebooted it, it came back with a different clock
face but it's working now. How do I look at other clock faces? I don't know
if I like the one it went to.

Use the Fitbit app on your phone and touch the little Versa icon in the upper corner. Go to Clock Faces and All Clocks to search for another face. Some you need to pay for after a trial period. Scroll all the way down in the description to see the price.
