Help..not a technical person. Fitbit, versa 4..somehow is is start up mode and wants me to add devise. There are no other options..you cannot open anything else. But I've had it for a year and it was replaced by my old one. My app is fine and it says if I add devise..like watch is telling me to it says it will delete this one. Tracking heart rate is very important and so is the years of logging it's done. I suffer from an odd disease that causes my brain to glitch like a computer and randomly forgets to tell blood vessels to contract to get blood back to my heart when standing. So I do not want to lose the yrs of logging it's done but need it to start tracking again. Sorry..I have never been on any type of forum so do not know if I'm doing this right but couldn't find where I could get help with this. I'm hoping someone know what I can do 🙂
