I got my fitbit at Christmas and it was syncing and now it's just stop I try restating everything and nothing is working any ideas

I got this fitbit for Christmas and it was syncing but it just stop with my phone and how do I fix it! I have try everything

Blackberry devices are not officially supported by Fitbit. Have you tried uninstalling the app, rebooting the phone and reinstalling it?
