Hey there @pmansu14, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I was reading you are experiencing issues to received notifications after the recent updates.
Note that in this case the OnePlus 3T is not listed as compatible so many features despite are working, may not behave as is expected since the app is not optimized to run with the mobile phone in question.
It would not hurt to try the following troubleshooting steps though: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).
