My fit bit is shaking and I cannot do anything with or close it down

In this case I'd like to ask some questions as to what is going on:

  • Could you elaborate on what is going on? How it it shaking or vibrating?
  • What Fitbit are you using?
  • When did this start happening?

Im using a flex 2 and was doing dishes when it started vibrating non-stop. Tried tapping it but that didn't help. Went on tor about a minute.  Finally took it off and reset it. That seems to have fixed it. Trying to figure out why that happened. Thanks.
