Fitbit model?

I was given a free Fitbit by a friend but I have no information on it or what model it is. It's definitely an upgrade from the one I already have because it's the larger square one. Can anyone let me know what model I might have?

I’ll be happy to help @Blondie24car

Can you provide me with a picture? If your unable to send a picture maybe this link can help: https://www.joesge.com/blogs/product-identification/know-your-fitbit-smart-watch-the-ultimate-guide-...

Take a look at this page https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/home?language=en_US , and click "More Products" to see pictures of all.

"The larger square one" sounds like it could be the Ionic, which was recently voluntarily recalled.

See Voluntary Safety Recall of Ionic Smartwatches .

If it is indeed the Ionic and the friend did claim the recall refund, the Fitbit might have then been disabled by Fitbit,  and you probably don't want to chance wearing it anyway.

It's a Fitbit model 504 but I still don't know if it's a versa or a versa 2

@Blondie24car  Model 504 is a Versa…not a Versa 2 😉

I hope that answers your question and solves the mystery

Thank you. I had a feeling it was just the Versa. Now at least I can get a
new charger and wristbands for it.

Nothing wrong with "just the Versa".  It still has downloadable apps and many more third-party clockfaces.  And many of the newer features have been added to older models as well, via changes at Fitbit's back end.

Hi @Blondie24car  - if you install the SimpleCheckUp app (or from the Gallery tile in the Fitbit App) it will tell you on the watch exactly what watch model and type it is as well as other useful information.

Though tough to install that app without having already set it up by knowing which model it is.

@JohnnyRow  - it is assumed from the useful information already posted the watch has been installed, so the details from SimpleCheckUp, like watch type (colour), language, time zone, last sync, etc. can be checked. It just might be helpful.
