My fitbit has not been syncing with the app gor over a week. Ive checked and I seem to have the most recent update. Is there anything that can be done to fix this??? Please let me know

The first thing to try when this happens is to restart your phone and then restart your fitbit using this procedure:

Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work.

Oh, by the way, most fitbits can only hold a week's worth of data between syncs (the Alta is just 5) so you be losing some data. If this has happened to you then you should still get summary data for those days on your dashboard.
