My LG5 information doesn't show on my fitbit Alta

Allow me to help you @Lia2016! The reason why you're not seeing your text/call notifications in your Alta tracker is because it appears that your LG5 isn't listed as supported device. Fitbit is always adding new mobile devices to list so you may want to keep an eye on it.
