Missing info

Fitbit did a update and now I have info missing. It doest matter if I use my phone, tablet or computer. It doesn't show steps taken, sleep pattern and others. Will this be fixed or what do I do to get them back.

@Jamo1466 Welcome to the Community! It sounds like you're accidentally logging into another account. When Fitbit update its app, you shouldn't be losing any information. I would like you to make sure that you're logging into the same account that you were before just logged out of the app and log back it. 

 

Also, you can go to your online Dashboard > click on your profile picture and there you're gonna see when the account was created.
