Changed my phone a little while back to a Huawei. Have fished out my fitbit again after a few months to get myself back on form with running and it won't sync. I'm reading alot about incompatibility between fitbit and Huawei and I'm so disappointed. Is there likely to be a fix at any point or do I need to change to a different brand of tracker?

At this moment we do not have any details of when a specific phone will be added to the list. Maybe you could support this suggestion to add that phone to the list. You can comment and vote for it to show that you'd like to see that idea implemented. If you have the time be sure to read the FAQ to better understand how that board works.

I would like to know if Fitbit are got to review Huawei phones computability. Not everyone has / wants an Iphone or Samsung. I was hoping that the new firmware would have address the fact the my charger 3 won't sync at all. Getting fed up of having to use a second phone to sync my account.
