Welcome to the Forums @Mevee.

Thanks for listing the steps that you have tried and letting us know that your Fitbit won't set up with that phone.

This might be happening because the Oppo AX7 is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.

As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the set up.

If none of the above works, you could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Will this Oppo become compatible anytime soon?

Hello @Mevee.

I apologize for the delay in my response. Thanks for reaching back.

As for other compatible apps, I wouldn't be able to tell you what apps work or don't work with that phone.

As for when the phone will be added to the list, we do not have any details of when we can expect the phone to be added.

If you have the time, perhaps you could post about it in our Feature Suggestions boards. Lots of other users can then support the idea by commenting on it or voting for it. Be sure to read the FAQ to better understand how that board works.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

I am having the same issue, however my AX7 has synced for around 1 year and all of a sudden stopped syncing. There have been no recent updates to the Oppo software as far as I can tell.

Hi, same issue with me. I bought the phone in January 2020 and Fitbit stopped syncing mid July 2020. Disappointed but will try the computer sync.
