Fitbit not syncing heart rate data

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

When I sync my fitbit in the morning, sleep data gets updated, but heartrate doesn't. Sometimes I get the new heartrate data after restarting my phone, sometimes I don't. Getting no heart rate data makes the device rather useless.

From what I can see, the issue is in the app not refreshing the Android Views. I think it cashes them and never refreshes the data.

These are screenshots of the app. The latest sleep info is from Friday, which is correct. The latest heart rate info is from Thursday, which is incorrect. The heart rate data is available in the device, because when I select Thursday, open heart rate details for Thursday, I can scroll right to see Friday. So the detail data is available, it just doesn't show in the list screen.

This is on a Pixel 4. I had the same experience on a Nexus 5X.
