@bwbmom, I am guessing that by Android version is the Fitbit app version. App version 2.6 is available. Update and see if that fixes it. Android version 4.4 is minimum needed. People are having issues on android version 8.

By doing the update, did it fix the problem? I have the same problem with the same tracker and version but mine still won't sync after the update

I am in the same boat. My zip won't sync with the app or with the dashboard on my laptop. My phone is an LG Stylo.

Yesterday the Fitbit app 2.60 on my Nexus 5X running Oreo failed to sync. It told me that it couldn't find my device (Blaze). What finally fixed it was restarting my phone.
