I've just had a new phone - Samsung J6 and I can't sync my fitbit to it. I've tried turning Bluetooth off and on, restarting my fitbit, deleting and reinstalling the app. Nothing is working. Any ideas?

Unfortunately, the J6 isn't on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices so this may not be possible to fix.
However, not being on the list might just mean that they haven't tested it yet so it's worth persevering.
Do you still have your old phone? If so, check that it doesn't still have a bluetooth link to the fitbit that might be blocking connection to your new phone.
