I have a LG stylo 4 phone and yesterday evening my phone told me to restart my phone because the fitbit app wasn't tracking. My phone had done an update on the fitbit app. And now my versa lite will not sync I have done everything to get it to work. Uninstalled & reinstalled it turned off the Bluetooth and turned it back on and even unpaired it and now I can't get it to pair backup. What kind of update was this. Please fix the update so my fitbit works again. My versa lite was working just fine until the update. Getting very upset.

Hi, I know it doesn't help
Seems like this is a common issue due to a recent update, if it was working before.
It seems that phones not on the compatible phone list. may no longer work.
In which case its probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

The new up date that just came did nothing to fix my fitbit it still isn't working. It can't pair it can't find it so I guess I will just stop using it
None of the suggested things have worked I've tried everything and it still doesn't sync & or pair nothing.

Just to be sure lets check Fitbit App version, whats it say?
In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left] Help & Support App Version at the top |
And what does the watch say?
On the watch Swipe left Settings Scroll to the bottom Click About Version near the top |
