I already put the new software in my Fitbit and Android device, the last sync on Fitbit was on Jan 22 and it's Feb 3. The Bluetooth is always connected. Why it's not syncing?

Same for me, fitbit officials told me to go to manage apps, then forcestop the app...I do this and it works everytime...it's so annoying to have to do this, so many people are having syncing issues, I don't know why it's not being fixed!!
