I have exactly the same product and the exact same last sync day......... Someone at Fitbit knows there is a problem with the sync...... Been a Fit bit fan since 2014 please can we have some answers........ 😬😬😬😬😬
Best AnswerTry going into the app settings on your phone, fitbit app, storage - clear cache. Then try re-syncing. I'd been having problems since Friday, just did that and took it a while to re-sync but everything is working great now.
