My fitbit, Charge 2, hasn't synced to my phone, Samsung J3, for a week now. App not installed on any other device. I've tried resetting Bluetooth, restarting phone, deleting and reinstalling the app. I notice that others have been having problems with syncing and the customer services help says that if you click on the tiles it updates but mine doesn't do this either!

You mention restarting the phone but don't mention restarting the fitbit. You can try this by:
Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work. You might also try forgetting the fitbit in your phone's bluetooth settings. If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas to try in this help file: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866/
Note that the Charge 2 only has enough memory to hold up to 7 days detailed data between syncs. After that it starts to hold the data at a daily summary level so when you get the syncing issues resolved your data may look a little strange.
