Since my Huawei mobile did an update last week, my fitbit's tracking system has gone haywire. Today I did a 6 mile walk, but the map said I'd done 40 miles. My dashboard is correct at 7..23 miles and 1,7604 steps, for the day, but though the Alta wrist band gives the steps correctly, it says 32 miles. Does anyone know what I can do. I've fiddled about with the phone but nothing seems to make any difference. I suppose a visit to vodafone maybe the next thing I try. As it was after the phone's update that everything went wrong. Today is the first day the Alta wristband has said the wrong mileage. I won't be using the tracker again until it's sorted.
