Voice Cues?

Since the most recent update to the Fitbit App (Android), the voice cues do not function.  The ability to turn the voice cues on/off is still available when in the tracking an exercise mode, but when turned on there is no response.  This loss of voice cues started October 16, 2017.  Any suggestions?
