My fitbit won't start. I've had it for about a year and did a factory reset on it yesterday and it died. I've held the button on it quite a few times. Left it charging over night deleted the app on my phone and tried to reinstall it and nothing. I can't even get it to turn on. Is it broke? How can I fix it? I've done all the trouble shooting tips and still nothing. HELP!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before to posting over here. As it turns out, you posted your concern in the Android board, the Fitbit model wasn't specified either, can you please let me know which Fitbit are you using? The heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive?
