Thanks for your post. To better assist you with the issue you're experiencing with your device. can you please elaborate? Which Fitbit are you using? Is it not tracking an exercise or your daily stats? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Is your device not tracking information at all or inaccurately?
