Hello, I recently got a new Xiaomi Redmi 7 Pro and decided to upgrade my Fitbit from a Blaze to an Iconic. I have installed the app on the phone but it won't open on my phone. Can anyone help?

Hi @OluBan . I’m sorry to tell you that your new phone is not on the list of Supported Devices. Please check to make sure your phone is on the latest OS and that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app. That’s about all I can suggest for now.

Hi Carol-B, I have actually managed to get it working on my phone but Bluetooth won’t work so not syncing with my Phone.
