So I decided to get my Fitbit out of the drawer today... haven't used it in over a year. I got it to bluetooth with my phone (Galaxy Note 9), but it won't connect with the Fitbit app.... keeps saying that it can't find it.
I've searched posts and have turned my phone off and back on, made sure it's charged, I have internet connectivity and even restarted the app but nothing works! Any suggestions? Or does it not work with a Note 9? When I look up compatibility devices it doesn't list my phone.

Welcome to the Forums @momof4boys983.
Thanks for sharing all of the steps that you have checked and tried to get your Fitbit to work.
To answer your last questions, the Note 9 is a supported device. You can click here to read the full list.
With that out of the way, the first thing I'd recommend is that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. While you might have already tried some of those steps, be sure to try going through all of them in order as they should get your Fitbit to sync again.
In the meantime I'd also like to ask what Fitbit is it that you are using.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

Thank you!!! I ended up calling Customer Service yesterday and they were able to assist me. I meant to delete my post and forgot.
