I received a Versa yesterday. Have set it up as needed with my Samsung s7 edge (phone is all updated). I am unable to receive any notifications on it. Example txt msgs, calls etc. I have rebooted both phone and versa and made sure all appropriate tabs are marked. Has anyone got any advice of what more I can do?

@Jesstownsend @Ssmitty @Jrzgirl807 A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that you aren't getting notifications on your Versas. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. After this setup the notifications again.

This is very frustrating and basically makes the watch useless - If I cannot rely on it sending notifications and syncing with the phone, what use is it??
