I bought a Fitbit ionic 2 years ago. Last year it died and I was sent a replacement because it was under warranty. Today, 11 months later, my replacement ionic died. Customer service told me that since it has been more than one year since I bought the original Fitbit, it was not under warranty, even though the replacement was less than a year old. I was offered 25% off replacement. See no need to throw $150 or so at a product that has to be replaced every year. I'll go find something more dependable. Too bad, because I like the ionic.

Fool me once.... Fitbit creates a product that lasts less than a year. I expect my GPS watch to last much longer than that. I will search for such a watch elsewhere, as Fitbit has lost my trust. No hard feelings. Our relationship was fun while it lasted.

Mine just did the same thing last night. Battery was around 60%, just wont cut on and stopped syncing.
Same reply from customer support. The number of watches that are having this same problem is unbelievable.
