Fitbit says I have 2 notifications but nothing shows up

it says i have 2 every so often when i met step goal or so but when i click it there is nothing there

 

this really needs to be fixed

Thanks for bringing this up. I'd like to take a closer look at what could be happening. Please answer these questions:

  • What type of notifications does it say that you got? From a specific app?
  • What is it exactly that it says?
  • What mobile device and Fitbit are you using?
  • When did you notice this the first time?
  • Is it only when you reach your goal?
