I am trying to set up a new device (charge 4) I get as far is putting in the pin and then my fitbit says download or update app. It's the latest version of the app on my phone. I've tried rebooting my fitbit, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I still keep getting the same error.
Please help!

Hi @Thelmacross - make sure that there are no other Bluetooth devices on while you are doing this.
Remove the watch from the phone's Bluetooth and restart both watch and phone.
Then in the Fitbit App click profile photo, and then "+Set up a Device" and follow the instructions again. If it is still a problem try removing any previous device from the app and Bluetooth and try again.
